Drum Pilot is an early beta. It's provided "as is," may change or be unavailable, and its drum charts are automatic estimates — accurate on most songs but not perfect. You use it for your own practice.
You may only upload audio that you own or otherwise have the right to use. You are responsible for what you upload, and you confirm that processing it for your personal practice doesn't infringe anyone's rights. You keep ownership of your files; you grant us only the permission needed to process them and return your result to you. Please don't upload anything unlawful.
To keep the beta running for everyone, uploads are subject to limits (file size, song length, and a per-person daily cap). Don't attempt to bypass these limits, overload the service, or use automated tools to scrape or abuse it. We may limit or end access that does.
We respect copyright and don't host a catalog of songs — everything is processed per upload for the person who uploaded it. If you believe content has been used in a way that infringes your rights, contact our designated agent: [DMCA agent name / address — to be completed], johnnygaboff@gmail.com. We remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.
You must be at least 13 (or 16 in the EEA) to use Drum Pilot.
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the beta, and you agree to indemnify us for claims arising from content you upload.
We may update these terms as the service grows and will note the date at the top.
